AND MANAGING PARTNER
Mr
Ng (KC) was attached to an international affiliated
audit firm prior to setting up his public practice in
2001. He spends seven years with the international affiliated
firm where he gained valuable experience in the area
of financial reporting, taxation, company secretarial,
assurance, accounting and auditing. He gained extensive
exposure to listed entities while doing the auditing.
He was also handpicked by the partner for an overseas
assurance assignment in Singapore to assist a team of
Internal Auditors for a Company listed on the New York
Stock Exchange in 1996. He was also specially assigned
to serve foreign investor investing in Malaysia, a position
that allows him to build up his rapport and networking
skills with expatriates.
He
graduated from the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants (United Kingdom), and is a member of Malaysian
Institute of Accountants and the Chartered Tax Institute
of Malaysia. He has more than 20 years of experience
in the related field and currently expanding the area
of liquidation and tax investigation division. These
two divisions have been growing rapidly especially when
Inland Revenue Board is conducting tax field audit after
self assessment was implemented.
He
is also heading the Branding team, which will strengthen
the Firm's image in Malaysia. He is a regular speaker
for seminars and being the latest was seminar on taxation
attended by 180 Professional Architect, which is organised
by Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM).

STAFF
COMPOSITION
The
Firm has a strong team of mixed professionally
and semi qualified personnel to service our clients
from various industries. We consistently provide
stringent in house training for our staff in the
field of auditing, taxation and assurance services
in order to maintain a competency level to serve
our valuable clients.
The
staffs' force form a hierarchy of ranking from
Manager, Supervisor, Senior and Assistant to perform
the services to meet our clients' expectation.
Besides
that, we have our reliable despatch personnel
to collect or deliver documents by hand to make
sure all documents are properly address to the
right destination on time.
The
Firm has gone through a successful re-branding
in 2005 in the first phase. The managing partner,
Mr. KC Ng has declared the year of 2010 as Branding
Year. This is the second phase of branding and
the most crucial stage for the Firm. Our managing
partner enlisted a blueprint for branding for
the next five years, which will eventually take
the Firm to another new height.
The
Firm entering the third phase of rebranding in
2014 with the impending merger with another Audit
Firm, and thereafter of another anticipated merger
with international Accounting Firm in 2015 and
beyond.
